Mahala Lee Chapman McMahon, daughter of Gib and Emily Chapman and wife of Curley Lee McMahon, was born in 1915 near the town of Donie, Texas and died in Mesquite, Texas at a local hospital from complications of a breathing disorder and heart failure. She wss predeceased by her Husband Curley Lee McMahon and two sons, James Lewis McMahon and Joseph Lee McMahon. She was survived by her daughter Alma Louise McMahon Mayfield of Garland, Texas, three grandchildren Jana Denise Creel, Shari Ann Stokes and Joseph Ray Mayfield all of Garland, Texas.
