He was born Feb. 15, 1946, in Trimble County, Ky., the son of Hattie Leatherman. He had worked as an attendant at Sunoco Gas Station in Milton, Ky., and also at Meese. He enjoyed old cars and doing crossword puzzles.
He is survived by several cousins and other extended family.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Hattie Leatherman Cummins, and stepfather, Denny Cummins.
A private service was held at a later date. Cremation was chosen.
