Mrs. Percy W. Adams, 64, died at her home at 45 Kingsley Avenue early yesterday morning after a long illness. For many years she was active in church, social and parent-teacher work. Mrs. Adams, a native of Ogdensburg, N.Y., had been a resident of Rutland for 46 years. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, Trinity mission and the Girl's Friendly society. Until recently she was treasurer of the Woman's auxiliary, Episcopal Diocese of Vermont. She was a former state treasurer of the Vermont Congress of Parents and Teachers.

Besides her husband she leaves one son, Allen H. Adams; a daughter, Mrs. Jean A. Toth of Clarendon, Vt.; a sister, Miss Maude M. Jones of Rutland, Vt.; and three grandchildren.

The body will be moved this afternoon at 1 o'clock from the Tossing Funeral Home to the Adams home on Kingsley Avenue. Friends may call after 2 o'clock. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Trinity Episcopal Church with the Rev. Harvey D. Butterfield officiating. Committal services will take place at Evergreen Cemetery.
