Funeral services were held yesterday at the Cairo Methodist church for Mrs. Allen Adams, 84, of the Tanner community, who died Tuesday morning at the home of her son, Wesley Adam.s, Rt. 7, Athens. Spry funeral home was in charge of arrangements. Bennie Lee Fudge, church of Christ minister, officiated. Burial was in Sandlin cemetery. Survivors, other than the son, include five other sons, Vester, Rt. 7; Willy, Fla.; Alvin, Flint, Mich.; Emmett, Flint, Mich.; and Edward, Lakeland, Fla.; two daughters. Mrs. Mattie Haggermaker and Mrs. Eva Holt of Rt. 7; 46 grandchildren and 59 great- grandchildren
