Mrs. Black , a Charlotte native, retired as a Chadburn Hosiery Mills boarder after more than 20 years. She was a member of Eastside Baptist Church.
Survivors are her son, Otto Black III; daughters, Mrs. Barbara Eason of Nokesville, Va., Mrs. Rebecca Lewis of Mint Hill; sisters, (Twin Sister) Mrs. Martha Childers of Kannapolis, Mrs. Alma G. Fincher Dulin of Mint Hill; five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her Husband Otto Brice Black JR., Mother Margaret Belle Miller Fincher White Helms Father Carrie M. White and Step Father Jacob Stafford Helms a Daughter Mr. Judy Black Newton two Sisters and two brothers Annie E. Fincher Sneed Page, Mae (Mary?) Belle Fincher Helms Godfrey, James Wilson Fincher and William (Bill) Clinton Fincher
