Emily was born in New Haven January 30, 1990 to the late Salvatore Michael and Jeanne Meyers Amore. She was a 7th grade honor student at North Branford Intermediate School. Emily was an avid reader and loved riding her pony ''Jake.'' She was the sister of the late Michael Bernhardt Amore and a granddaughter of Cecilia Gray Meyers and the late Bernhardt Henry Meyers and the late Salvatore and Susanne Brueckner Amore. Relatives and friends may call at St. Augustine Church, 30 Caputo Road, North Branford, Friday November 15 from 4:00 to 8:00pm and are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial in Church on Saturday November 16 at 10:00am. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery. The family has requested that flowers be omitted and memorial contributions be made to the Amore Family Memorial Trust, c/o Citizens Bank, 430 Foxon Road East Haven, Connecticut 06513.
