Funeral for Everett Bugbee
Funeral services for Everett Bugbee, son of Mr. and Mrs. E. K. Bugbee, of Emporia, who died in Topeka Monday morning as a result of a motor bus accident, will be held at 2:30 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the Bethany Congregational Church. Rev. J. C. Jones will conduct the services.
Mr. Bugbee was born in Lyon County, July 2, 1889, and was married in 1917 to Miss Anna Mohr, in Cottonwood Falls. He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. K. [Ella Heacock] Bugbee, four sisters: Mrs. Harry [Lula] Spillman, Emporia; Mrs. M. E. [Iva] Rumford, Whiting; Miss Helen Bugbee and Miss Stella Bugbee, of Emporia. One brother, Leslie Bugbee of Emporia, also survives. Interment will be made at Maplewood Cemetery.
