This attack appeared in 1854; disease increasing - is rational seemingly on some subjects; has the hallucination that he is 39 years of age and growing younger; has no disposition to injure others; filthy in his habits, uses tobacco; has been injured on the head - no change in health since the attack; cause of insanity, injury of the head from a fall from a horse; class, mania; no treatment.
