RAYMOND A. BELLEROSE 1930 - 2007 GRANBY - Raymond A. Bellerose, 76, of Phins Hill Manor in Granby was Called Safely Home on Monday, February 19, 2007. He was born in Holyoke a beloved son of the late Antonio and Lina (Boissy) Bellerose. He lived in the Fairview section of Chicopee for many years before moving to Granby in 1998. He served his country in the United States Navy during the Korean War and attained the rank of Seaman. He was employed for 25 years as a calibrator at the former American Bosch in Springfield and retired in 1986. He later worked part time as a bus driver for Laidlaw Transportation Company in Chicopee, Springfield and Holyoke. He was a member of the Fairview Council 4044 Knights of Columbus. He leaves his beloved wife of over 56 years, Evelyn R. (Denault) Bellerose. His five loving children, Glen R. Bellerose and his wife Evelyn of Agawam, Steven F. Bellerose and his wife Kathy of Chicopee, David L. Bellerose and his wife Darlene of Apoka, FL, Lynn A. Beaudoin and her husband Roy of Aldenville and Pamela A. Delude and her husband Jim of Belchertown. His 14 cherished grandchildren and his cherished great grandson. He also leaves his dear brother, Randy Bellerose of Florida and many dear nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his dear sister, Esther Roy. A Committal Service with Military Honors will be held on Friday, February 23, 2007 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel at the Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main Street in Agawam. There are no visiting hours. His funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the St. Pierre Phaneuf Fairview Chapels, 506 Britton Street, Chicopee.
