Funeral services for Lois Faye Cecil, 72, will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 28 at Spring Valley Funeral & Cremation Services, with burial in Fairview Cemetery. She died Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012 at Clark Memorial Hospital.
She was born on Feb. 21, 1940 to Thomas and Fern Cunningham in Alton, Ind.
Survivors include her daughter Lois Richards of Clarksville; son Mark Cecil and wife Bobbie Jo of New Albany; sister Esther Seay and husband Bobby of New Albany; grandchildren Melissa Wilkerson, Christina Moss, Samantha Bowers, Mark D. Cecil, Michael Cecil; and 12 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother Fern Cunningham; father Clarence Cunningham; and siblings Hazel Strickler and Ray Cunningham.
Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
