Mr. Clark was employed as foreman at a uranium mill on the Gas Hill Route, about 50 miles west of Riverton, where the family lived.
Funeral services will be held here at 2 p.m. Saturday in Martin's Chapel. The Rev. Arthur Talbert will officiate. Music will be by Ray Watkins and Mrs. J. Glen Cheedle. Burial will be in Orchard Mesa Cemetery.
Mr. Clark was born here on June 22, 1929. He graduated from Grand Junction High School in 1947 and from Mesa College in 1950. He was married at Albuquerque, N.M. on March 20, 1950 to the former Rita J. Goss. The family lived at Grants, N.M., before moving to Wyoming about a year ago.
Surviving in addition to his wife and his mother are three small children and two brothers, Kenneth and Floyd Clark, both of Grand Junction.
Pallbearers for the funeral of Albert Wayne Clark, to be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Martin's Chapel, will be G. R. Cook, Joe McGuffie, Bob Greene, Ralph Shimmin, W. L. Cotton and Ray Schiesswohl.
