Survivors include his wife, Ruby Helton Freeman, four sons, Billy Freeman, Jr., of La Grange, KY, Timothy Lee Freeman of Latonia, KY, Mark Allen Freeman also of Latonia, KY and Jeffery E. Freeman of Independence, KY; three daughters, Zella Delores Tolley of Latonia, KY, Brenda Sue Mercer of Tateville, KY, and Sandra Lynn Colston of Dry Ridge, KY; four brothers, David, Jimmy, Wilford, and Stanley Freeman; five sisters, Ruby Alice Dinser, Linda Lou Oberer,Janice Rowe, Joyce Jones and Judy Young, he is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and a host of other step-children, step grandchildren and a other relatives and friends who mourn his passing.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his late wife, Virginia Ellen Freeman, and one daughter, Kimberly Gayle Freeman, one step-child; two brothers, Pat and Walter Freeman and one sister, Betty Freeman.
Mr. Freeman was a kind person who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He leaves a host of relatives, and friends who mourn his passing.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Grave Hill Cemetery.
