Mrs. William Davis, 82,- died on
April 3 at the Clark Nursing Home
where she had been ill a week.
She was born June 15, 1874, in
Great Bend, N.Y., the daughter of
Thomas and Mary Chard Stewart.
Nov. 14, 1894, she was married to
William Davis, who died April 2,
1946. They lived In Richfield and
vicinity~all their-marrled-life,
She was a member of the Richfield
Springs Methodist Church and
its societies.
She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Orrin
Bigelow of Sherburne; a son,
C. Ray Davis of Exeter Center; a
sister, Miss Mary Stewart of New
York; five grandchildren, several
great-grandchildren and nieces and
nephews.
The funeral will be held Friday
from the Houk Funeral Home, Edmeston,
the Rev. Rexford Crouse,
Sherburne, officiating. Burial will
be in Sunnyside Cemetery, Great
Bend.
