Dorothy Loretta (Riopelle) Bastin was born the daughter of Claude Charles Riopelle (1889 – 1961) and his wife Thelma Loretta Navarre (1899 – 1952). She married Camille Clyde Bastin (1912 – abt. 1960), the son of Eric Frederick Lucien Bastin (1890 – 1939) and his wife Augusta Chenot (1887 – 1939) of Butler, PA. Children: Clyde Camille "Buddy," James Charles "Jim," and Judy Bastin.
