Born November 11, 1955, in Logansport, she was the daughter of Robert and Corina (Hawkins) Becker.
A 1974 graduate of Logansport High School, Katie had worked in sales the past 22 years at All Phase Electric Supply Company. She had previously worked at the former Ralph David's in Logansport.
She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her grandsons.
She is survived by one daughter, a brother, and two grandsons.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one aunt.
Funeral services were held at 10 o'clock a.m. on Tuesday, May 11, 2010, at Fisher-Loy Funeral Chapel, Lafayette.
