Elizabeth was born to Andrew Pollack and Mary Trujillo and grew up in Commerce City. She loved being a mother and loving her family. She enjoyed watching movies and going to the Flea Market and taking special trips to Mother Cabrini Shrine. She also enjoyed regular trips to Santiago’s and her old fashioned phone calls with family and friends. Survivors included: son Tony (Maria) Borrego of Commerce City; daughter Shantelle Schraueben of Henderson; grandchildren Anthony, Alex, Drew, D’Erica, Crosby, Iziah, and Tristen; and siblings Mary Alice Lujan, Brighton, Gloria Graciano, Federal Heights, Helen Maestas, Denver, Rita Hill, Brighton, Fred Pollack, Brighton, and Dave Pollack, Denver. Funeral Services held September 19th at Tabor-Rice Funeral Home, Brighton.
