Randall was survived by his mother, Donna Kay Abbott of Somerset, Kentucky; a grandmother, Mary Frances Abbot of Somerset, Kentucky; and a host of other family who mourn his passing.
Graveside services were held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 18th, 1986 at the Rush Branch Cemetery with Rev. J.S. New officiating. The Pulaski Funeral Home in Somerset, Kentucky was in charge of the arrangements.
Burial followed in the Rush Branch Cemetery.
