"Uncle Bob" moved to Toledo in the early 1900s from Fulton County, Ohio. He founded Blair Realty and Investment Company in 1908. He was also Treasurer of Palmer-Blair Insurance. When his two sons grew up, they were involved in realty. Robert Ira Blair died of diabetes when he was eleven. So sad!! Eventually, Laurel founded the Blair Lithophanes Museum. George did a variety of things but what made him famous was his barefoot waterskiing. He was called "Banana George".
Bob and Georgia bought a beautiful home on Robinwood St., Toledo, Ohio about 1920. Sadly, in the Spring of 2015, it burned due to carelessness of a renter.
