Funeral services were conducted at the Jacoby Bros. chapel her this morning at 10 o'clock for John H. Belt, 63, a former Jerseyville resident, who died suddenly at his home in Bloomington, Thursday, April 18. The Rev. Harrold S. Farrill conducted the services and interment was in the Belt family cemetery.
He is survived by two sons, A. H. Belt of Bloomington, W. B. Belt of Cedar Rapids, Ia., one sister, Mrs. Ella McReynolds of Jerseyville, on brother, W. S. Belt of Soap Lake, Wash., and two grandchildren.
