If I had one wish, I'd wish for you,
Then all my dreams would have come true
To love you forever, each and every day,
To watch you grow, laugh and play
But I have no wishes and now your gone,
Taken from us, after we waited for you so long,
We wont get to feel your soft baby cheeks
We cant hug or kiss you, our lives seem so bleak
It's hard to understand why our baby died,
We feel empty right now, so many tears we've cried.
We have so many questions and no answers seem to come.
We tried so hard to save you but nothing could be done.
I'll remember your sweet face, each and every day
And in my broken heart is where you'll always stay
