MRS. E. A. ALBRIGHT, CIVIC LEADER, DIES

Mrs. Florence Nightingale Drake Albright, a native of Easton, wife of Edward Allen Albright, died yesterday afternoon at her home, 128 East Fourth avenue, Roselle, N.J., having been a resident of Roselle for the past 36 years.

She was a daughter of the late William N. and Anna M. Drake of Easton. She was educated in and later taught in the public schools of Easton, and was graduated from the Women's Civic Club of Roselle, Inc., and served three times as its president, bringing to the club the benefits of experience gained in years of active work in New York clubs.

Mrs. Albright served as vice president of the New York City Federation of Women's Club of New York City, and as a director of the America Female Guardian Society and Home for the Friendless of New York City. At the time of her death she was first vice president of the Evelyn Goldsmith Home for Crippled Children at Far Rockaway L.I. and a member of the Rubenstein Club of New York City.

Mrs. Albright served five years as parliamentarian of the Schumann Heink Club of Newark, N.J. She was a member of the Women's Christian Temperance Union of Roselle, the . . .

Mrs. Albright was active in all civic betterment work in the Roselle, bringing to the public schools an intensive garden contest project, and the contributed to the cultural life of the community through the Civic Club's program.

Her husband, a son, Roy D. Albright, two granddaughters, all of Roselle, and two sisters, one of Easton, and one of Norristown, survive.

Funeral services will be held at the First Presbyterian Church, Roselle, on Thursday at 1 p.m., and burial will follow in Easton cemetery.

FUNERAL OF MRS. ALBRIGHT

The funeral of the late Mrs. Florence Nightingale Drake Albright, wife of Edward Allen Albright, formerly of Easton, who died on Monday at her home, 128 East Fourth avenue, Roselle, N.J., was held this afternoon at 1 o'clock with services in the First Presbyterian Church, Roselle, in charge of the Rev. Herbert K. England, pastor, and the Rev. Herbert C. Lytle, pastor of the First M. E. Church, Roselle. The funeral cortege then proceeded to this city by motor and interment was made in the Easton cemetery at 4 o'clock this afternoon.
