Dorothy was called home to be with her Lord after a lengthy illness. She leaves behind the following family to celebrate her life: daughters Rebecca Dawn Smith and Rebecca Louis Cormicle, sons James Daniel Travis Jr. and William Green Travis; sisters, Cathrin Scully, Nora Tolman, Helen Dailey, Anna Heiselbetz, and Loretta Torrey; one brother, Patrick J. Scully; and a host of grandchildren. She was preceeded in death by her husband James Daniel Travis Sr; her parents, Patrick Joseph and Vera Rebecca Gilmore Scully; and one sister, Henry Etta Scully.
