In Memoriam
In memory of Dorothy Nell Mundy Brown; born to the plains of north Texas, Granddaughter of Childress County, TX first Sheriff, raised amid cowboys and cousins, carried north by her World Champion rodeo father, living a full life on Hulda Lane, a spirit from a kinder age. Seven years since her earthly form was given to the winds on Henderson rd. She has slept under the sage, blanketed by snow, as the winds whisper across the eastern plains she loved so well. It has been seven years since you've been gone, but your Osage cousins have greeted the sun with songs, burnt sage, and offered tobacco. Travel well. Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Cousin; your Spirit remains.
