Confirmed 4-1-16 with Portage County RoD's office that death certificate is there. Vol. 17, pg 431. https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.2.1/M44S-PJY. Record viewed 3-21-2017 Portage County RoD office. Informant was "Mr. Geo. Campbell, Coddington."

Record viewed 3-21-2017 Portage County RoD office. Only info on burial, undertaker from Plainfield. Cannot get confirmation from cemetery sexton that she is buried here because 'funeral homes keep that information'.

I was able to confirm with sexton that Augustus Wood (her brother) had purchased 2 lots (8 graves) in 1913. I only know of 3 of the 8 that were used so I have reason to believe she is buried there near her parents. No marker.
