Lifelong resident of Spokane born at Deaconess Hosp graduating from Lewis & Clark High in 1947 and then joining the US Air Force in San Antonio and marrying Billie June Copeland and returning to Spokane after military service. Billie passed in 2012. Howard was part of the family business, Adams Tractor CO from the time he returned until his retirement. After retirement he took up the game of Golf and to be with family. In lieu of flowers donations to Meals-on-Wheels, Spokane. Ashes scattered.
