Ruble was the son of Noah Edward Presley and Susan Izora Griffin Presley.
Ruble married Lucille Presley.
In 1969 he was working as a sheet metal worker for Federal Sign.
Lucille died 17 Dec 1990 in Dallas, Texas.

Per the 1940 US Census, taken 4 APR 1940, Lee County, MS, Beat 3, East Tupelo, ED 41-17, the following names are recorded for the Presley household:
Ruble, Head, age 24, born 1916
Lucille, wife, age 27, born 1913
Billy, Male, age 3, born 1937
Bobby Jane, Female, age 1, born 1939

The name Presley in this census is spelled PRESSLEY, however, I believe the correct spelling for Ruble is just that RUBLE. This is the way the family also spelled it.
For the memorial of Rubel Arthur Presley Jr, the spelling is different.

I recently (04/2023) discovered a handwritten list in my grandparents' Eack and Ethel Presley's family Bible and Ruble's name is spelled Ruble and his year of birth is 1915. Ethel Presley, my grandmother, has listed Ruble's full name as Arthur Ruble Presley, Sr.

The Census listed 1916 as Ruble's year off birth and it is incorrect.
