There was Minnie Belle "Essie" and also a Minnie Eudocia "Docia" Presley.
There is no proof that Minnie Essie is Minnie Docia Presley.
I will search family documents for more clarification.
There is documentation that Rosella lost a child prior to the 1900 Census.
In this era, if a child died, the next child, of the same sex, would have most likely been given the same or close to the same name, in the deceased child's honor.

Per the 1900 Census, ED 36, Beat 1
Minnie, age 11, lived in the Fulton Itawamba, MS area. This was "Docia".
Mother Rosella, Brothers: Walter, Noah, Dee and Calhoun
It states on this census, that Rosella had 5 out of 6 children living; it is Essie that died.
If you look at the first six children born to Rosella, Essie is in that set.

Per the 1910 Census, there was no Minnie E "Docia" in the household. She would have been age 21 by this time and may have been living elsewhere. Docia was married, her name changed to Steele.
1910 Census, ED 21, Beat 1A, Household ID 6,
NARA, Pub# T624, Film#1374756, Dig. Folder #004972582, Image #00824

This Minnie Elizabeth Presley is not related to Robert Donald Presley, Cindy Presley Miller or Noel Presley, Sr. There has been no proof found or submitted to support this claim.
