Earl was born in Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies. The son of the late Mercellena and Claude Harris. Earl attended St. Aloysius Catholic Elementary School and was a graduate of St. George's College in Jamaica. Earl worked at Collector General Office as a Civil Servant before migrating to the USA. He was a retiree from New York City Transit Authority.
He leaves behind his wife Shirley and step-children- Marva, Robert, Howard, and Sandra. He is the late father of Nicole, Althea, and Monique. Grandchildren Trinice, Jevan, Nicholas, Omari,Jaden, and many friends and associates.
