Julian was born on February 9, 1937 to Louise R. Carter and William H. Carter in White Plains, New York. Julian was known as "Carter" by all of his friends and was always willing to lend a helping hand especially when it came to the mechanics of automobile driving, and repairs. Julian entered the United States Marine Corps Reserve on Dec. 20, 1956. He later reenlisted full duty for three years following as a Basic Motor Transport Man, Rifelman during his tour of duty. Julian also received good conduct medals during his tour. During his tour he was one of the first 1800 servicemen who served our country during the Suez Canal Crisis. Julian was honorable discharged on November 8, 1962. Loving memories of Julian are cherished by his loving wife Rene'e; step-children Sara, Jonathan, and Joshua his three children from his first marriage; Brian, Carolyn, and Christopher, one Daughter from a previous relationship; Tammie, previous relationship;son Wayne, and from his second marriage a step- daughter Tanya; sixteen grandchildren; one sister Jackie as well as a very special friend John "Kenny" Robinson, and a host of family, and friends.
