James "Bill" Belue was the son of James F. and Susan Belue. He was a career barber for over 40 years and was the proprietor of "Bill's House of Styles". He was also a member of the U.S. Army Reserve Postal Unit and BPOE Lodge 820. Bill will be remembered for his dedication to friends and family.
