Age 79 of Allen, TX passed away, Thursday, December 3, 2009 in Allen. She retired from J.C. Penny's as a beautician for the company and was a member of Lakewood Baptist Church. Mrs. Alford is survived by her son, Doug Alford and wife, Brenda; grandsons, Hunter Alford and Nick Lee all of Allen; niece, Pam Figuetoa and nephew, Bill Poole both of Paris. She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Edward Alford.
Visitation, Friday, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Graveside Service will be held at Garland Memorial Park, Garland, TX at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 5, 2009.
