“Shock from a fractured hip received in a fall 12 weeks ago, caused the death of John S. Borror, 88, retired farmer, one half mile south of Borror’s Corners, Jackson tp at Mercy Hospital. Borror was one of the best known farmers in the southern part of the county where he had lived most of his life. The village of Borror’s Corners was named for him. He leaves a stepson, William H. Wright, with whom he made his home. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Central Standard Time, Thursday at the residence. Burial in Green Lawn by the Schoedinger Co.”
