Timothy J. Sloan, age 47, of Toledo,OH passed away Sunday, October 2, 2011 after a brave battle with skin cancer. He was born in Detroit, MI on February 9, 1964.
Tim was recently a bartender and server at the Elephant Bar Restaurant in Toledo,OH and had been employed in the Food Service Industry in Michigan and Ohio for more than 25 years. Tim's wonderful sense of humor and nurturing spirit was a gift to all. He loved geo-caching, power boating and water sports, and was an avid fan of Detroit's professional sports teams and the University of Michigan.
Tim was a dear friend and beautiful spirit. He is deeply missed and he forever remains in our hearts and prayers. We are very saddened that the Good Lord chose to call him home so soon. He is missed more and more everyday.
