BARTLETT, Helen Hufford, age 71 of Winchester died Monday, August 18, 2003 at Southern Tennessee Medical Center in Winchester. She was born in Grafton, W.V. and was the owner/operator of the Merle Norman Cosmetics Shop in Winchester. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry G. Hufford and Hazel Hufford, sisters Christina Wilson, Geraldine Graham and Abby Ambro, brother Buster Hufford, son C. Michael Bartlett and daughter Pamela Bartlett. She is survived by husband Charles F. Bartlett of Winchester, son C. Scott Bartlett of Decherd, sisters Sandra Phillips of Hamilton, N.J. and Mary Lou Thompson of Wheeling, W.V., and brother Franklin D. Hufford of Lilburn, Ga. Service was Thursday, August 21, 2003 at 10 a.m. at the Trinity Episcopal Church with Rev. William Midgett officiating. Interment was in Franklin Memorial Gardens in Winchester.
