Mrs. Iwasik was born May 3, 1949, in Chicago, Mrs. Iwasik has resided in the Ashford community for the past 14-years. She was a homemaker. Her parents, Joseph Kierzek Sr. and Mary Carrol Hatch Kierzek, preceded her in death.
