It is with great love that we celebrate the life of Frances Ann Margaret Donnelley-Abella that began in Barstow with her birth April 11, 1966. Raised in Barstow, she lived in our community for 40 years with only a few brief years in Missouri, Nevada and Colorado. Her beautiful smile, great personality and contagious laugh was special to her family and served her well for over 30 years as a caregiver and community volunteer. Her joy was spending time with her grandkids, nieces and nephews engaged in many fun activities. Our Frances passed to eternal life on June 10, 2013.
Frances is survived by many family members of Barstow including, her husband, John P. Donnelley (whom she married on Valentines Day 1995); her mother, Julia A. Suplee; her father, Jose L. Abella, 5 sons, John P. Donnelley Jr., Sean Donnelley (wife Cassie,) Scott Donnelley, Alex Donnelley and David Abella; 2 daughters, Brittany Christianson of Apple Valley, and Casandra D. Allen of Arizona; 3 sisters, Anjanette Abella of Barstow, Georgina Braley (husband Robert) of Barstow, and Victoria-Abella Rodriguez (husband Jose) of Barstow; 8 beautiful grandkids, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Frances' life will be honored and celebrated on Tuesday June 18, 2013, at the First Baptist Church with visitation starting at 10 a.m., service at 11 a.m., followed by graveside at Mountain View Memorial Park.
