Susan M. Clapper died February 16th, 2006 in Pleasanton after a long illness. Born in Everett, Pa., Mrs. Clapper spent 35 years in Pennsylvania before moving to Baltimore, Md. for 43 years. Most recently, she was an 18-year Vallejo resident.
She studied nursing for five years at WestPitt University and practiced as a nurse for five years.
She was a member of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Vallejo and had over 500 hours of volunteer work for Meals on Wheels.
She was preceded in death by her husband Roland Clapper in 1986; and two grandchildren.
