Edward Adams was born in Bay City, Texas to Robert Edward Adams and Allie May Worrell Adams on March 27, 1925. On January 17, 1945, he was born again into the Kingdom of God. Among his life accomplishments, he served his country in the Armed Forces at the close of WWII, while building his family of 1 son and 7 daughters. In 1960, The Lord chose him as Founder and Pastor of Faith Temple Church in Houston, Texas. In that same year, he began his Career with Pipe Distributors, Inc., retiring as Vice President of Operations after 30 years of dedicated service. His appreciation of nature and Solitude brought him and Joyce to the Piney Woods of East Texas. He is survived by his grateful help meet of 39 plus years, Joyce Lovett Adams; daughters, Gloria Hickman, Barbara and husband Joseph Smazik, Patricia Rice, Betty and husband Vincent Incordona, Trudy and husband Randy McCreight, Sherry and husband Loren Bennett and Marie and husband Pat Relander; 28 grandchildren, 35 great-grand children; 1 great, great grandson and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Robert Edward Adams and his siblings, Nettie Jarrell, Charlie Adams, George Wallace Adams, Allie Joy Loudermilk, Willie Mae Hutchins and Ralph Adams.
