***** You were funny and your smile was one of the nicest things about you. You were always nice to everyone, no matter who they were. Thank you for your being a part of my high school memories. Thank you for your sacrifice of life. Thank you to all your brave brothers and sisters of the armed services who also gave life or limb to serve a country that was so torn apart about what you were sacrificing for.

***** Bobby was a dear friend in high school and we spent wonderful hours together in church activities. He was a wonderful guy. His funeral was very hard for me. I will never forget.

****** Bobby was a great friend and high school buddy. He was ready to fight for his country and I think of him each day. Even though we were separated (he was US Army and I was US Marines) I still felt close as a buddy. Being in his funeral procession was one of the toughest things I have ever done. I have a rubbing from the Washington Wall of his name from panel 27E on my office wall and I look at it and remember each day. God bless you, Bobby, and just for the record, the Jones girl really did like you better in high school than me or Butch or Terry! Semper Fi, old buddy. I will never forget.
