My Sheba was my best friend. She went everywhere with me. We'd walk to the grocery store and she'd sit on the tredle that opened the electronic doors and wait till I came out. She would not go for a walk without me. If anyone else put her leash on, she would drag herself and keep looking for me. She ended up with a bad hip disorder and I couldn't stand to see her suffer, so I had her put down. I remember that she loved to chase the squirrels. But if I told her they were babies, she'd leave them alone. If I picked up her leash, she was ready to go! So I had to be careful not to jingle her leash even on accident, or I had to take her for a walk! I miss her so much. She was my pride and joy...
