Jennifer J. Allen, 52, of Morningview Care Center, passed away at 1:33 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2006.

She was born Aug. 4, 1954, in Marion, the daughter of the late Wilbur N. and Catherine M. (Sheffield) Judy.

On Feb. 14, 1993, she married Michael D. Allen and he survives in Marion.

A Marion resident all of her life, she attended St. Mary Catholic Church. She formerly worked in the business office at the Marion Correctional Institute and in the payroll and personnel department of the Multi-County Jail.
In addition to her husband, she is also survived by a son, Timothy W. Hoch; a daughter, Joanna K. Hoch; and a stepdaughter, Brandy Belcher, all of Marion; a brother, Michael Judy of Galion; five sisters, Cindy Dawson of Marion, Sandy Roy of New Hampshire, Lillie Everly and Kathy Kisselle both of Mason and Paula Bill of Delaware; a granddaughter, Karena; stepgrandchildren Dalton, Chelsie, Dyllon, Alexis and Haley. She was preceded in death by a sister, Becky Taylor; and a stepson, David.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 29, 2006, at Boyd Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Fairview-McDonald Cemetery in Kenton. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 28, 2006, at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions can be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
