He was born in Mannsville, New York, August 18, 1844, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Clark, and had spent most of his life in Saginaw and Genesee counties.
Surviving are the wife; 2 sons, Laverne and Russel of Flint; 10 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great-grandchildren.
