Staff Sergeant, USMC. Son of Ralph (USAF) and Viola Draper, Harry was raised on Air Force bases throughout the country with his younger brother Ralph Jr. He enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps in 1963 serving 3 tours in the Vietnam War as a "tunnel rat" and EOD technician. He met and married Asako Tomoko Matsubrra "Tammy" while stationed at the Marine base in Okinawa, Japan and together they had three daughters Pamela, Melisa and Maiyumi. A career Marine he was killed in an automobile accident while on active duty at Camp Pendleton Marine Base in San Diego. He was buried near his two infant sisters and his grandparents in his hometown of Fulton, NY. Since his death he has become a grandfather to two grandson's and a granddaughter.
