'Burnsey' (Westfield HS 1968) married Peter Sawtelle from the class of 1966. After he returned from military service in Vietnam, some friends threw a baby shower to honor her second child. But on the way home, she was killed in a car accident. Her Camaro was rear-ended in Montgomery, MA and the car basically blew up. Bystanders couldn't save her. She was survived by her husband, her first child, her father, Miles, and her mother, Irene (Woods).
