William C. Adams (lovingly called Buddy by family and friends), with his daughters holding each hand, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Aug. 29, 2012, at the age of sixty-eight.

Bill was born on March 17, 1944, to William and Catherine Adams of Rosewood Heights, where he resided most of his life.

Bill went into the Army right out of high school and served during the Vietnam era. From there, he started his own construction business. Bill was a great family man and devoted his whole life to raising his daughters.

His survivors are daughters, Holly Adams-Martinez, and Catherine Bosek; stepdaughter, Heather Taylor; sons, Keith Adams and Patrick Adams. His grandchildren, who he adored, are Dustin, Destiny, Crystal, Dylan, Hannah, Sierrah and Lilly. He is also survived by his sister Charlotte (John) Hoormann and brothers Allen (Shirley) Adams and Robert (Twila) Adams.

Along with his parents, Bill was preceded in death by the love of his life, Peggy Moran.

He will be buried, with full military honors, at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 8, at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the American Pancreatic Cancer Society in his honor.
