Mrs. Lavina Bailey
Services for Mrs. Lavina Belle Bailey, 97, of 5154 Pirotte Dr, A county resident for 58 years, will be at 10 a.m. today in Greenwood Mortuary. Entombment will follow in the mortuary mausoleum.
Mrs. Bailey, who died Monday in a hospital. was a native of Kansas and operated Mrs. Bailey"s Boarding House here for 38 years. She was a member of the First Nazarene Church.
She is survived by three daughters, including Mrs. Hazel Bratcher and Mrs. Violet Spiers, both of San Diego; three sons, including Harry of San Diego; 12 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
The family suggests contributions to the church.
