HEARTFELT THANK YOU FOR VISITING MY SISTER IN LAW ON HER FIRST ANGEL DAY, DEEPLY TOUCHED ~ LOVE, YO

Beloved mother, sister and friend, Martha Ramirez Mandujano passed away peacefully on Saturday June 8, 2013, at the age of 59. Martha was to Juan and Hermila Ruiz Ramirez on January 23, 1954, in Mc Allen, TX. She is preceded in death by her father, brothers Ramiro and Herman. Martha is survived by her beloved sons, her mother Hermila, her sisters, her brothers, and numerous nieces and nephews. Martha will be missed beyond that of what mere words can express.

She loved her family and always made a special point of attending birthdays, graduations and family barbeques even when she felt bad. Martha loved working in the pathology lab for over 35 years both in Texas and Georgia. She was an active member in the American Society for Clinical Pathology.

Martha loved learning and attending continuing education all across the country. She felt her work in the lab made a difference in people's lives. Her dedication and work ethics were beyond reproach despite her illness. Martha grew up a competitor on the softball field and in life. She loved a bargain more than most, and was extraordinarily gifted. Martha was fiercely independent and head strong. Qualities we loved most of the time.

She loved the few months she drove that candy apple red mustang we all tried to talk her out of! Her beautiful genuine smile, laugh and kind demeanor will be missed by all that she touched in this world.

In lieu of flowers the family kindly asks that you make a donation to the American Cancer Society in her honor

Do not stand at my grave and weep

I am not there; I do not sleep.

I am a thousand winds that blow,

I am the diamond glints on snow,

I am the sun on ripened grain,

I am the gentle autumn rain.

When you awaken in the morning's hush

I am the swift uplifting rush

Of quiet birds in circled flight.

I am the soft stars that shine at night.

Do not stand at my grave and cry,

I am not there; I did not die
