Joe Edward Higle, age 62, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2015. He is survived by his wife of 35 years Imelda Higle, daughter Nicole Higle, parents, brothers, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, brother in laws, aunts, uncles, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends and wonderful co-workers.
Joe was employed at MBC Engineers as a Registered Land Surveyor for the past 37 years. He was awarded the TSPS Surveyor of the Year in 2011.
Joe loved the outdoors and his ashes will be spread over two of his favorite hunting and fishing spots.
