Son of Richard Bartlett, Jr., of Newbury, he married on Nov. 21 or 24, 1685 in Newbury, Tirzah Titcomb and took the oath of Allegiance at Newbury in 1678. He died April 6, 1689 in Newbury. Administration of his estate March 25, 1690. The widow, Tirzah married James Ordway and died before Oct., 1699.
Children (born in Newbury):
1. Elizabeth b. Aug. 7, 1686; d. Oct. 15, 1689 in Newbury
2. Tirzah b. March 29, 1689; m. before Feb. 8, 1708-9, Hathorn Coker. He was the "only child" in 1699 and living in 1712.
