Edward. French Boy, about 12 years old. Almost Idiotic. Speaks two or 3 words only, is very timid. Said to have lost his reason from fright when very small, has epileptic fitz (sic) very frequently, sometimes as often as twice a day. Ward No. 3. Died July 11th 1857.
